Tranmere visit for historic occasion

History will be made this Saturday as the Daggers host their first ever match in English football’s third tier, when Tranmere Rovers will be the visitors to Victoria Road. Both sides already find themselves at the foot of the table so it promises to be an interesting fixture.

England fail on big stage again

Another tournament, another disappointment. The usual rhetoric of “learning lessons”, “looking in the mirror” and “analyzing where it went wrong” was immediately spouted by a group of players who once again failed to deliver on the big stage. Capello’s World Cup 30
